I am having the same problem with my Linksys router! The guy at RadioShack told me to remove the Linksys program in the control panel then hold the reset button on the back of the router for 1 min. Then reinstall the program. But, I cant find the name "Linksys" or "Cisco" under the Add/Remove Programs menu!!
