Viber users constantly complain of several problems that do not allow them to access their contact list or to send a message or to simply open the app. Following are a few scenarios of Viber not working: The user receives the Viber code but it’s not working. Viber requires the user to activate the code but it fails to auto-generate a code for When you launch Viber, it says: Disconnected. Messages and calls are unavailable. Viber shows disconnected when you are on 3G, but connecting to a WiFi connection fixes this. If this is the case, then there’s probably an issue with using the internet on your phone over the 3G connection. The same sad story happens to me when I try to use WiFi for Viber. This app works only when I turn on . It does not work when it off. The previous version of Viber (with no call option) worked perfectly with WiFi on my device, however, when I upgraded to Viber 2.4, it does not work for me and I just deleted this application.
