I've been using teksavvy cable for several years now and it's been pretty damn solid for me. My speeds were about 5-10 Mbps when I first switched to their cable service(I was getting 1 Mbps with their DSL) lol. My speeds now are constantly around 25-30 Mbps and I've never really noticed any slow downs during peak hours.

Also, Teksavvy resells Rogers internet. If there's a problem with Teksavvy internet, there's a problem with Rogers internet. Unless you are purchasing the DSL service, and then it's a Bell issue. These problems are likely directly related to Rogers poorly trying to shape your traffic to prevent you from streaming video online or downloading.

For example, if it is just two people with occasional browsing and streaming, then a 30 Mbps Download could work well.
