If your school went to the length of blocking websites that means that they have a web filter tool. This tool will block proxy use as well as streaming media, and media content. So photobucket is being double blocked. Since you need it for class tell your teacher and she/he might be able to get pass the filter.
Their first block attempt was weak and simply changing the protocol to PPTP circumvented it, but this time absolutely nothing is working and I'm not sure how to get past it. Scanning all ports says ALL ports are blocked, even 443 and 80. Https and http still work so is it some kind of partial block? Oh, port 22 is blocked for ssh tunneling as well.
