Cleo Bay Imports has been in business since 1968. Our business was started in August of 1968 by Cleo W. Bay. He and his son ran the business taking on a partner, Robert DeMotta in 1990. In 2012 Mr. Bay and his son retired and sold their share to Mr. DeMotta.

Bay later established a stand-alone Honda dealership — Cleo Bay Honda — along Central Texas Expressway in Killeen, subsequently opening a new $1 million facility nearby in 1988.
